Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle and Venmo as a means of payment. As soon as you place your order your custom candle will begin to be handcrafted and you will be notified when it's ready to be shipped in usually 3-4 days. If you need a your shipment to be expedited, please contact us for your expected date and pricing.

Candle Performance

We encourage our patrons to view our Candle Facts page for safety and sustainable care when using our candles

If for any reason your candle is not working properly for its initial use, we will replace it. There are no refunds.
